2. Products & Services

We offer seasonal flowers, bouquet subscriptions, CSA shares, and other farm products. Availability varies throughout the growing season and may change due to weather, crop conditions, or other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders and CSA subscriptions are processed through our Family Farmers storefront. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

  • Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe or Square).

  • We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. CSA Subscriptions

CSA subscriptions provide weekly bouquets during the specified season. By purchasing a CSA share, you agree to:

  • The pickup location, day, and time you selected

  • The seasonal nature of flower availability

  • The possibility of substitutions based on field conditions

5. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery options are shown at checkout in Family Farmers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving during the designated pickup window

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring flowers are not left in extreme temperatures

If flowers are not picked up during the scheduled window, they may be forfeited without refund unless otherwise stated in our CSA Policies.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are perishable and grown specifically for our customers:

  • CSA subscriptions are generally non‑refundable once the season begins.

  • Weekly bouquet orders are final once placed.

  • Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Weather & Crop Conditions

Flower farming is dependent on weather and natural conditions. We may adjust bouquet contents, pickup schedules, or CSA weeks if necessary to maintain quality and safety.

We will communicate changes via email through Local Line.

8. Customer Accounts

When you create an account through Family Farmers, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Notify us of any unauthorized account activity

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, photos, branding, and graphics—is the property of Four Sprouts Flower Farm LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Sprouts Flower Farm LLC is not liable for:

  • Losses due to missed pickups or incorrect delivery information

  • Website downtime or technical issues with Squarespace or Family Farmers
