🌸 What is a CSA?

CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture." When you join our flower CSA, you're purchasing a share of our seasonal harvest. Each week, you receive a fresh, field-grown bouquet filled with what's blooming beautifully on our farm.

📅 When does the CSA season start and end?

Our CSA typically runs from early June through late September, depending on weather and bloom timing. Exact start dates are announced via email and posted on our website.

💐 What’s in a weekly bouquet?

Each bouquet includes a mix of focal flowers, filler blooms, and foliage grown on our farm. Varieties change weekly based on what’s thriving in the field. We design each bouquet to be lush, balanced, and seasonally unique.

📍 Where do I pick up my bouquet?

Pickup locations are selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your chosen site, day, and time. Pickup reminders are sent automatically through Family Farmers.

🚗 What if I can’t make my pickup?

You have options:

  • Send a friend or family member to pick up your bouquet

  • Request a vacation hold through Family Farmers (limited number per season)

  • Request a double bouquet the following week (if field conditions allow)

  • Request a credit toward a future market bouquet

🌦️ What happens if there’s bad weather?

We may adjust pickup times or bouquet contents to protect flower quality. Any changes will be communicated via email through Family Farmers.

🌻 Can I choose specific flowers?

Bouquets are designed using what’s freshest and most abundant each week. While we can’t guarantee specific varieties, we always aim for beauty, balance, and delight.

💳 Can I get a refund if I miss a week?

CSA subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins. Flexible options (holds, credits, double bouquets) are available. See our CSA Policies and Refund Policy for full details.

🧾 How do I manage my CSA?

Log into your Family Farmers account to:

  • View your CSA details

  • Request vacation holds

  • Update your contact info

  • See upcoming pickup reminders

📬 Who sends emails — Squarespace or Family Farmers?

  • Family Farmers sends all order-related emails (confirmations, reminders, holds)

  • Squarespace sends newsletters and farm updates (only if you subscribe)

🧺 Can I order extra bouquets outside the CSA?

Yes! Visit our Family Farmers storefront to order additional bouquets, florist buckets, or special arrangements.

🎁 Can I give a CSA share as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and email at checkout, and let us know if you'd like a printable gift certificate.
