1. Overview of Our CSA

Our CSA provides weekly, field‑fresh bouquets during the growing season. Because flowers are a natural, weather‑dependent crop, flexibility is built into our program. These policies help us deliver a consistent, joyful experience while keeping things fair and manageable for our small family farm.

2. Pickup Details

CSA bouquets must be picked up at the location, day, and time you selected at checkout.

  • Bouquets are held for the full pickup window.

  • After the window closes, unclaimed bouquets may be donated, composted, or repurposed.

  • We cannot guarantee replacements for missed pickups, but we do offer flexible options (see below).

Pickup reminders are sent automatically through Family Farmers.

3. Vacation Holds & Schedule Conflicts

Life happens, and we want your CSA to work for you.

You may choose one of the following options if you cannot pick up your bouquet:

  • Send a friend or family member to pick up your bouquet.

  • Request a vacation hold through Family Farmers (available a limited number of times per season).

  • Request a double bouquet the following week if field conditions allow.

We do our best to honor your preferred option, but availability depends on crop conditions and harvest volume.

4. Weather & Crop Variability

Flower farming is deeply tied to weather, pests, and natural conditions. Because of this:

  • Bouquet contents vary week to week.

  • Some weeks may be more abundant than others.

  • In rare cases, we may shift a pickup date to protect flower quality.

If a major weather event affects harvest, we will communicate changes promptly through Family Farmers email notifications.

5. Substitutions

We grow a wide variety of flowers, and each bouquet is designed using what is freshest and most beautiful that week. Specific flowers cannot be guaranteed, but the value and quality of each bouquet will always be consistent.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because CSA shares are planned, planted, and grown specifically for our members:

  • CSA subscriptions are non‑refundable once the season begins.

  • Before the season starts, refunds may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

  • If you move or experience a major life change, please reach out — we will work with you whenever possible.

Weekly bouquet orders (outside the CSA) are final once placed.

7. Quality Guarantee

We want you to love your flowers.

If your bouquet arrives damaged or wilts within 24 hours despite proper care:

  • Contact us with a photo

  • We will offer a replacement bouquet or credit

We cannot replace bouquets left in hot cars, direct sun, or extreme temperatures.

8. Communication

All order‑related communication (confirmations, reminders, holds, changes) is sent through Family Farmers. Farm updates, stories, and newsletters are sent through Squarespace only if you opt in.
