How refunds work for our farm
Our flowers are grown seasonally, harvested by hand, and planned months in advance. Because of this, refunds work differently than they do for traditional retail. This policy explains when refunds are available, when they are not, and what flexible options we offer.
1. CSA Subscriptions
CSA subscriptions are planned, planted, and grown specifically for our members. Once the season begins, the share is considered fully allocated.
CSA subscriptions are non‑refundable once the season has started.
Before the season begins, refunds may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
If you experience a major life change (moving, medical, etc.), reach out and we will work with you whenever possible.
If you cannot pick up a bouquet, please see our CSA Policies for vacation holds, sending a friend, or receiving a double bouquet the following week.
This approach keeps the CSA sustainable for our small family farm while still offering flexibility when life happens.
2. Weekly Bouquet Orders (Non‑CSA)
Weekly bouquet orders are harvested specifically for you.
Orders are final once placed.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If harvest has not yet begun, we may be able to offer a credit.
If the bouquet has already been harvested or prepared, refunds are not available.
3. Event Flowers & Special Orders
For larger or custom orders (e.g., parties, showers, small events):
A non‑refundable deposit may be required.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund or credit.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are generally non‑refundable due to crop planning and harvest scheduling.
4. Missed Pickups
Bouquets not picked up during the designated window may be donated, composted, or repurposed.
Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds.
Flexible options (vacation holds, sending a friend, double bouquets) are available through our CSA Policies.
5. Quality Concerns
We want you to love your flowers. If your bouquet arrives damaged or wilts within 24 hours despite proper care:
Contact us with a photo
We will offer a replacement bouquet or credit
We cannot replace bouquets left in hot cars, direct sun, or extreme temperatures.
6. Weather & Crop Conditions
Flower farming is weather‑dependent. In rare cases, severe weather may affect harvest.
If we must cancel a pickup week due to weather, we will offer a replacement week, double bouquet, or credit.
Refunds are not guaranteed but we will always communicate clearly and offer the best available option.
7. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Order or CSA details
Reason for the request
Any relevant photos (for quality concerns)
We respond as quickly as possible and always aim for a fair, thoughtful resolution.
